Looking for the perfect summer activity for your child or grandchild? Join The Mariners’ Museum for our Maritime Adventure Camps throughout June, July, and August, where children can explore, learn and create.
Become a pirate and search for treasure, learning about life on the seas. Explore the deep by creating a remotely-operated vehicle arm and meeting creatures that glow in the dark! Journey across the ocean and listen to multicultural music or play games and make crafts from around the world. Board the Titanic and decipher morse code and learn about mythical creatures while creating sea monster masks and mermaid puppets, all in these camps catered to your child’s grade level.
Camps run Monday through Friday 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. for rising third through sixth graders, with half days for 5 year-olds to rising second graders. Each child will also receive a t-shirt! For more information or to register, visit MarinersMuseum.org/Summer or call 757- 591-7745.
