Summer at WMS offers a Montessori setting for younger students to explore fascinating topics in depth, uncover new talents, spend relaxed time with friends old and new, and to enjoy the peaceful environment of Montessori. Mornings are devoted to session topics
 and afternoons are filled with gardening, gymnastics, water days, visits from the Bookmobile and field trips! See

Elementary Camps (Ages 6 – 12)

Summer camp sessions for the elementary student offer a range of engaging possibilities! Topics include “Give Me Liberty Or Give Me…Camp!” “La Vida Loco,” “Montessori Essentials,” (an excellent prep camp for elementary-age students who are new to Montessori), “Drumming,” “Robotics Battles,” “An Explosive Camp for Juniors,” “The Amazing Race,” and “Art and Music Explorations.” Mornings are devoted to session topics and afternoons are filled with swimming, gymnastics, trips to area parks, visits from the Bookmobile, trips to Bounce House, bowling and fitness! Afternoon Camps (Fourth Grade through Eighth Grade)

New this year, these summer camps are well-suited for the older student who may be busy with other activities in the morning but is still interested in an enriching afternoon! Camps are held at the Longhill Road, Scotland Street or Penniman Road campuses. Afternoon program topics include: “Cartoons and Comics,” “Ablaze Acrylics,” “Drumming,” “Voila!
