Theme: “Little Hands, Open Minds & Big Hearts”
Description: Learn how little hands with a big heart can change our community through art. Under the mentorship of a YAV artists, students will learn the fundamentals of drawing, painting, sculpture and assemblage art. Through classes where the students learn the vocabulary used in the different art forms to specially designed projects that bring together little hands, open minds and big hearts to create and exhibit their work, the students will grow as individual artists with a teamwork mentality.

Theme: “It Starts With Me...”
Description: Pablo Picasso once said, “The artist is a receptacle for emotions that come from all over the place: from the sky, from the earth, from a scrap of paper, from a passing shape, from a spider's web.” Join us for Visual Arts Camp where we explore emotions, nature and art fundamentals that include drawing, painting, sculpting and more. Students explore how the art they create starts within them and their perceptions of the world around them.

Theme: “New World, New Me.”
Description: “You come in off the street, through the doors of the theater. You sit down. The lights go down and the curtain goes up. And you're in another world.” Robert Caro, journalist and theater lover, once said. Join us for Theater Camp as we explore what it takes to originate and develop characters. Beginning with acting fundamentals, students will learn the vocabulary used in the theater world, and take classes on monologues, scene work, pantomime, improvisation and more. The culminating event will have students perform a monologue or scene of their choice.
