Clothing DropOff: 10am until 2pm
Swap Time: 3:00pm - 4:00pm
Where: Real World Worship Center Parking Lot - 13771 Warwick Blvd Unit #53 in Newport News, VA
Schedule for the day:
→Vendor Setup will begin at 7:45am
→Carnival/Craft Show will being at 9am
→Clothing Drop Off will being at 10am and will end at 2pm
→We will be selling tickets to swap from 9am until 3pm. The cost to swap is $10 per person the day of event or $8 per person online
→Back-2-School Clothing Swap will begin at 3pm
→Clothing Swap should end between 4pm and 4:30pm
→5pm is when our event will end and everyone can pack up and leave!
Vendor Fair featuring some of your favorite companies, and new ones, too!
Incredible SWAG BAGS for the first 20 registered swappers!Items not swapped will be donated to a local charitable organization.
** Please Note: We have an OFFICIAL pls bag that everyone will receive upon check in. This will help ensure a more even distribution of the items available to all participants. These bags are reuseable and can be used at future swaps as well **
